At the turn of the 2040s, the message had spread among solo drivers, and teams alike. Drivers, teams and even gangs had joined forces to finally gain a upper hand against the corrupt forces. With no more scarcity, a newer, richer flamboyance had taken place, and groups that once opposed each other would now work together to build rides that carried an elegance over function. That is, form is function, this time around.
